Focusing on families having an incredible time of fellowship right here on WTCS campus! We are opening up the event to our entire community, so please invite other families and friends to join us, and participate.
We will be hosting a 50 table craft fair in the gym. If you have a home business you are invited to reserve a space for $70 to sell your goods. Please email Pastor Wade at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and instructions. There will also be a carnival atmosphere, with bounce houses, a dunk tank, and more around the football field.
We will be facilitating several competitions for each family team to enter to win cash prizes of $500 or scholarships for next fall of $1,000, for each winning team. Your family team may enter in as many competitions as you would like, with a 2 entry minimum for WTCS families.
The competitions are:
- Outdoor obstacle course
- Speech competition
- Egg drop competition
- Balsa wood bridge build off
- Crusader mile
- Bake off
Each competition will require a $125 entrance fee per family, with a minimum of 2 entries per WTCS family team. If you have multiple children that would like to enter a specific event, there is only one registration fee for that family. These events are open to every family in our community!
Informational packets will be available this Friday afternoon, March 17th. Pastor Wade will also be holding an informational meeting Tuesday the 21st, at 7:00 pm, to clarify any questions.
Please note, all monies are due prior to the event!
